Have Santa arrive at your centre

The scene is set, the music starts, Santa arrives and immediately encourages everyone to join him in singing his favourite Christmas song of all, “Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer”. After putting the finishing touches to his Christmas tree and entertaining everyone with some very special Christmas magic - Santa is ready to sit himself in his favourite chair and do any of the following activities your centre would like him to do.

For Example - If you have 50 children Santa could spend 40 seconds with each child:- Asking them their name; What they are going to do on Christmas day - or - What is their favourite thing about Christmas? This is also the perfect time for your staff to take a photo of each child with Santa in his colourful Santa Grotto. If your centre has a gift or card for each child, Santa is happy to give them out during this time as well.

This show is designed to be flexible and to suit the needs of your centre. You may be happy with the show as described above – 15 minutes of performance followed by Santa. Or you may want the whole time to be Santa one on one with individual children with them telling Santa what they’d like for Christmas while you take photos of each child with Santa in his Grotto. All up, after Hugh has set up Santa’s Grotto, you have Santa for up to fifty minutes- if you want more songs and activities and just a quick photo of Santa with all your children in one big group that can also be arranged. Speak to our staff about the format that will best suit you.

Hugh will arrive about half an hour before Santa’s arrival. He will need an indoor area (minimum 3 by 2 ½ metres) in which he will set up Santa’s Grotto, complete with Christmas tree and decorations. With the scene set, five minutes before Santa is scheduled to appear, Hugh will need a room to change into Santa Claus, as you and your staff bring the children in and seat them ready for Santa’s magical arrival.
